Well, that's what we have done with the Trusted Techy Diagnosis wizard. Our wizard will give you:
The diagnosis wizard will ask you to fill in some information about your tech and the problem you are facing. Based on the information you give, it will then ask you a set of questions and guide you through the diagnosis.
At the end of the diagnosis process the wizard will give you a detailed break down of what the problem could be and a possible self fix solution. It can't it will give you alternative options and advice.
If the self fix solution does not fix your problem or you need help from an actual Techy. The wizard will then direct you to and book a Trusted Techy in your local area or a Techy who maybe able to help you over the phone or remotely
